For the Trade
A flooring contractor for interior designers & general contractors
From spec to final coat — milling, installation, and finishing in-house, so your drawings survive contact with the floor. Serving Greater Los Angeles & the South Bay.
Capabilities
What we bring to your project
In-house custom milling
Species, cut, and texture milled to specification, with wide-plank widths up to 24 inches — your spec drives the board, not a catalog page.
On-site finishing & true square-edge sanding
Floors finished in place for a monolithic read across large plans — hand-applied systems over flat, square-edge-sanded surfaces.
Custom stain matching
Fuming, smoking, bleaching, and reactive treatments alongside conventional stains — sampled on your actual material and approved before we commit.
Commercial & hospitality experience
Retail floors, hotel corridors, and restaurant interiors delivered around operating hours, with finish systems specified for commercial traffic.
Three showrooms for client presentations
Full-size samples in LAX (Inglewood), Malibu, and Lomita — bring a client to stand on the material instead of squinting at a swatch.
The full milling and finishing practice is documented on our custom hardwood page, and the complete service range on our services page.

How we work with you
From spec to schedule
Spec support
Send the design intent — species, tone, sheen, wear requirements — and we translate it into a buildable floor spec, flagging anything that won't survive the use case.
Sampling
Physical samples milled and finished to the spec, on the actual material, revised until the client signs off.
Site walks
We walk the site with you before quoting — subfloor, moisture, transitions, sequencing with other trades — so the quote reflects the real conditions.
Scheduling coordination
Install and finishing windows planned around your construction schedule and, for commercial work, around operating hours.
